Who we are

The site is operated by pongrabbit-international (trading as Pongrabbit / PongRabbit Studio) for the purpose of generating custom pet sewing pattern previews and, after purchase, delivering PDF files. Privacy inquiries: aiyahetun@gmail.com.

What we collect

Email address — to send order receipts and download links for purchased PDFs.
Measurement inputs — values you enter to generate a pattern (processed on our servers to render preview and, after payment, the paid PDF).
Payment data — card and wallet payments are handled by Paddle (Merchant of Record). We do not receive your full card number on our servers. See Paddle’s privacy policy.
Technical data — standard server logs (e.g. IP address, timestamps, request paths) for security and abuse prevention.

Why we use it (legal bases where relevant)

Contract / steps prior to contract — providing previews, completing purchases, delivering PDFs.
Legitimate interests — fraud prevention, rate limiting, securing the service.
Legal obligations — where required by applicable law (e.g. tax or regulatory requests).

Retention

We retain data only as long as needed to fulfill orders, meet legal/tax obligations, and resolve disputes. Draft checkout data expires automatically after a short TTL on the server. Exact retention periods should be aligned with your accounting and legal advice.

Sharing

We use subprocessors as needed to run the service, including Paddle (payments, Merchant of Record) and an email provider (e.g. Resend) when configured. We do not sell your personal information.

International transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own (e.g. where Paddle, email, or hosting providers operate). Appropriate safeguards may apply depending on your location and our vendors’ practices.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object or port data.
