Merchant of Record

Payments for products on this site are processed by Paddle as the Merchant of Record. Paddle’s Refund Policy applies to your purchase and determines when you may withdraw a transaction and/or receive a refund. Please read it here: https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy.

If anything on this page is inconsistent with Paddle’s policy, Paddle’s Refund Policy prevails. We do not add refund restrictions beyond what Paddle applies as Merchant of Record.

Refund periods (summary)

The following time limits are a plain-language summary of Paddle’s policy as of our last review; the linked Paddle policy is authoritative.

• 14 calendar days — Paddle may consider discretionary refund requests submitted within 14 calendar days of the transaction date (see Paddle’s “Discretionary Refunds” section). Submitting a request in time does not guarantee approval.
• 14 calendar days (statutory) — Consumers in the EU / EEA / Switzerland / United Kingdom (and certain other regions listed by Paddle) may have a 14 calendar day statutory withdrawal right for some digital contracts, subject to Paddle’s conditions (including rules about consent where delivery has started).
• 7 calendar days (statutory) — Consumers in regions Paddle lists (e.g. South Korea, Brazil, China, Canada) may have a 7 calendar day unconditional cancellation right after delivery in the circumstances Paddle describes.
• 5 calendar days (statutory) — Consumers in Singapore may have a 5 calendar day right as described in Paddle’s policy.

Refund requests must be made within the applicable period described in Paddle’s Refund Policy for your location and product type.

Digital products

Our product is a custom-generated digital PDF. Eligibility, timing, and processing of refunds follow Paddle’s Refund Policy and applicable law.

How to request a refund

To withdraw, cancel, and/or request a refund, use Paddle’s channels (for example, the links in your receipt email, your billing page, or paddle.net — see Paddle’s policy for current options).

For technical delivery issues (for example, you paid but cannot access the download), you may also email us at aiyahetun@gmail.com with your Paddle order/receipt reference so we can help resolve fulfillment. If the issue cannot be resolved, Paddle’s support process in the linked policy applies.
